PARTNER / FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality and multifamily design, Erin Brodhead leads the development of a project’s design narrative with a pioneering approach. Known for blending creativity with precision, she develops a cohesive story that pushes the envelope on architecture, adding dimension through innovative textures, materials, and color. Her collaborative nature makes for a well-coordinated work team, ensuring timely and professional handling of new projects as well as renovations. A nationally certified Interior Designer, Erin's portfolio includes luxury multifamily and custom branded and boutique hospitality projects nationwide, with significant work in China, showcasing her bold vision & global expertise.
She launched erinbrodhead I CREATIVE in 2022 after her victory against early-stage breast cancer with the support of her husband, two children, and a vast community of family and friends.
Erin loves adventure and exploring different cultures, a passion evident in her extensive international travels. She channels this creativity into her work through photography, capturing completed design projects and offering portrait and select photography sessions upon request.
CAT LINTON, NCIDQ

Cat believes the most successful spaces are as intentional as they are beautiful. Her work is grounded in a clear purpose: to create memorable, functional environments and deliver lasting value for the people who experience them.
An NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer and Principal with more than 12 years of experience, Cat has built her career leading hospitality, commercial multifamily, and high-end residential projects throughout the country. Her portfolio spans ground-up developments and complex renovations, including boutique and branded hotels, multifamily communities, amenity spaces, and private residences.
A Pacific Northwest native, Cat graduated at the top of her class from Washington State University with a BFA in Interior Design. Since then, she has developed a reputation for creating compelling design concepts while confidently guiding projects from early vision through construction and installation.
Equal parts creative thinker and strategic problem-solver, Cat brings both imagination and discipline to every project. A self-described classic Type A, she thrives on the details and genuinely loves project management. She keeps a close eye on schedule, budget, coordination, and execution, ensuring the original design intent remains strong at every stage.
Outside of the studio, Cat can usually be found browsing the aisles of Barnes & Noble, wine tasting in Woodinville, playing her piano, or exploring Pacific Northwest trails with her husband and two young boys.
