A renovation of existing amenity spaces within a multifamily community in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. This project focused on an enhancement of key common areas: the lobby, coworking zones, and resident lounges.

Through strategic material refreshes, updated lighting and contemporary FF&E upgrades, the design introduces a more inviting, connected environment while elevating the property’s overall market presence.
