The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce reported on the groundbreaking of Prisma, a 328-unit transit-oriented affordable housing development located near the Overlake Village light rail station in Redmond. Developed by Bellwether Housing, the project will provide studios through three-bedroom apartments designed to serve a range of household incomes while supporting transit-oriented living in the region’s rapidly growing technology corridor.
