With 17 years of firm experience and leadership in hospitality and multifamily design, founder and principal ERIN BRODHEAD has an acute ability to craft a project's unique identity, a valued skill that clients repeatedly seek out. Balanced with exceptional organizational and verbal skills, she cultivates a cohesive design narrative by not only weaving the story into materiality, texture and architectural elements but through continual collaboration with the project’s interdisciplinary team for new-build and renovation projects alike. Erin is a nationally certified Interior Designer and has practiced hospitality design and interior architecture nationwide and globally, with extensive travel in China.

She launched her own design studio as a new venture after overcoming early-stage breast cancer by aggressive treatment in the summer of 2022 with the support of her husband, two children, and a vast network of family and friends.

With the strength to thrive under any challenge faced, Erin is not afraid to push boundaries or test design limits. She embraces vulnerability and is unapologetically honest. Understanding the balance of form, tension and harmony, her nuanced approach includes whimsical detailing, refined joinery, and authentic finishes. Her aspirational designs have led to awards most notably in the urban multifamily development sector.

Erin’s passion to explore nature, create adventure, and discover different cultures fuels extensive travel locally and abroad. She uses photography as a tool to sharpen dynamic design skills by manipulation of space, light, shadow and depth to form compelling compositions. She photographs all completed design projects and is open to providing portrait and architectural photography sessions upon request.
